RONDO, Inc. Limited Parts WarrantyRondo Inc., for a period of thirty (30) days will warrant all parts manufactured by our factory and provide replacement at no charge to the customer in case of failure due to defect. Rondo, Inc. will not provide replacement of parts at no charge if said parts failed due to improper installation or operator abuse and/or error. In addition, Rondo, Inc. will provide standard ground service shipping of our choice for said replacement parts at no charge. In the event that the parts need to be shipped express, those fees will be considered a billable expense and will be invoiced directly to you. This warranty excludes from its coverage and does not apply to the following:
In the event that a high valued part has failed in the field within the warranted period and a request has been made for replacement of said part; Rondo, Inc. may at its discretion request to inspect and evaluate that part to determine if a no charge replacement is just. Initially, you the customer will be invoiced for parts and shipping until the part has been returned and an inspection made of the failed part. If the inspection reveals the part failed due to defect then a full refund will be made. However, if our findings indicate no defect and the part failed because of abuse or improper installation, no refund will be given and the invoice will remain open. Please call the Rondo, Inc.
