Invitation to IBA 2009

Rondo shows their industrial bread, croissant, and pasty making machinery

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to visit our booth C11/E12 in Hall 16.

"Dough-how & more" is the motto of our new brand identity and of our IBA trade fair booth, which comprises almost 1000 m2. We will present to you our skills in the areas of pastry production, the manufacture of donuts and thin dough production in a very special way. However, our innovations and enhancement also make a visit worthwhile:

Industrial bread plant
The new industrial bread production line, built for Europe's most modern bakery, will be shown at the IBA. Whole meal seed rolls and Ciabatta bread will be produced on this multifunction line at the IBA.

Curl & More
For the first time, RONDO will be showing the newly developed croissant machine Curl & More. This innovation is a machine that can be used very flexibly for the automatic production of curled pastries such as croissants or soft salted sticks and soft pretzel sticks. Depending on the pastry size, Curl & More produces filled and unfilled croissants (or other curled pastries) in two to six rows, achieving a capacity of 4,000 to 12,000 units per hour. During the IBA, the Curl & More will be used to demonstrate the production of filled and unfilled croissants as well as soft salted sticks.

New industrial pastry line in wash-down design
At its trade fair booth, RONDO will also show a new generation of industrial pastry lines in wash-down design. Wash-down is becoming increasingly significant in the industrial segment, as the lines have to be washed and disinfected. Here, the line is hosed down with a hot jet of water and then disinfected with a cleaning foam. Wash-down is already used in bakeries that process meat and in meat-processing plants, and is also being used to an increasing extent for sweet pastry.

RONDO MLC / Smartline
Another new product that RONDO will be showing is the combination of the RONDO MLC laminating line with the Smartline. This combines the unique advantages of both machines, enabling continuous and gentle processing of the whole range of laminated and unlamented dough’s on one line. During the trade fair, blocks of dough, mesh bread, whole meal seed rolls and double-decker products will be produced on this line.

Other innovations and live demonstrations
We will also be demonstrating the new calibrating unit with its maintenance-free alternating current drive and the new Rondo sprayer for spraying pastries. Numerous other RONDO machines will round off our range of exhibits.
